We are open and available Mon-Fri 08.00am-18.30pm and accessible by telephone 01924 402073, Online ( by clicking the Patchs banner below) and by email and our email address is : cooklane.surgery@nhs.net or alternatively please call in at the surgery, our doors are open from 8.00am-18.30pm.
From 1st April 2026 we will now offer many more pre-bookable appointments to free up urgent on the day acute appointments for those in need urgently. This is to ease the 8am queue on the phone lines. No need to ring at 8am anymore. You are welcome to ring us from 8am-18.30pm Mon - Fri and you will be offered an appropriate appointment, this may be at the pharmacy or in our out of hours service or at the surgery.
Alternatively, if you sign up to Patchs ( banner below) you can request anything from medications, sick notes or appointments. We aim to reply to any request before the close of any working day.
