From time to time we understand that there may be a need to complain or raise your concerns about the service you receive. We always aim to resolve such incidents with minimal fuss and within the practice, but do understand the importance of sharing information for patients to feel comfortable to share their experience whether it be good or bad. We aim to learn from our feedback and regularly have meetings and training sessions to enhance our need to progress.
